Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of Borderli's website and Services. It supplements our Terms and any client agreement. We may update it from time to time.

1. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Site or Services to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, including anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing (CTF), sanctions, export-control, consumer-protection or data-protection laws.

  • Facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or transactions for sanctioned persons, entities or jurisdictions.

  • Process payments for activities prohibited by our partners or applicable rails, including illegal goods or services, child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, illegal weapons, illegal drugs, or unlawful gambling.

  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

  • Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe or test the vulnerability of our systems, or circumvent security or authentication.

  • Scrape, harvest, overload, or otherwise interfere with the integrity or performance of the Site or Services.

  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, or the nature or purpose of a transaction.

2. Compliance obligations

Clients and partners are responsible for their own regulatory compliance, including KYC/KYB, AML/CTF, sanctions screening, and licensing for any regulated activity they perform. Borderli provides non-custodial orchestration technology and relies on licensed partners for settlement; it is not a party to, and does not assume responsibility for, the regulated obligations of its clients or partners.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report to authorities where we reasonably believe this AUP or the law has been breached. We will act proportionately and, where appropriate and lawful, give notice.

4. Reporting

Report suspected misuse or security issues to borderli@borderli.io.
